This is how we obtain the purest distillate with maximum 65% ABV. Its maturing lasts min. 12 months in 300-liter barrels made of European oak, which grows at an altitude of 800 m above sea level. The open storage space, which temperatures range from -25 \u00b0 C to + 25 \u00b0 C, affects the process of ageing in a special way, as barrels at different temperatures provide for different variety and intensity of flavor and aroma. This greatly improves the sensoric qualities of brandy.<\/p><p>Zamoyski brandy will captivate you with its aromatic and slightly tart notes of vanilla oak, fruity notes of orange peel and fragrant water wealth that springs here directly from the heart of the High Tatras.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 1882 he decided to buy the castle estate together with the nearby spa Vy\u0161n\u00e9 Ru\u017ebachy.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Two years later, Andrzej married in Paris. His wife was Carolina de Bourbon, who was given the title Princess of the Two Sicilies. Out of love for her husband, Carolina accepted life in the Spi\u0161 region. It is aged for a minimum of 12 months in 300 litre barrels made from European oak, which grows at an altitude of 800 metres above sea level. Subsequently, blending and egalization takes place in wooden oak vats.  <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Its specific ageing process in oak barrels is influenced by the open storage space, where the temperature ranges from -25\u00b0C to +25\u00b0C throughout the year. These varied climatic conditions have a significant impact on the sensory quality of the brandy, as the casks at different temperatures impart different intensities of flavours and aromas to the brandy. This greatly enhances the taste of the brandy itself.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When tasting, the first perceived aroma is vanilla, then we can smell oak.
